Anyone know if Nology leads make much difference over standard good plugs & leads??

I've heard mixed reviews on the nology wires..some say they produce a great spark and the performance response w/ them is great. I've also heard some say they aren't worth the $ you spend on them and they suck.
I don't have any personally but have a couple friends that do and they like them alot. Hope this might help....

Nology wires have leads because they are a capacitance based wire. Most are low-resistance based which doesn't require the groud strap.
Save your money. Unless your wires are bad or you have an upgraded ignition system, they'll be no gain from them. If you want some quality wires get NGK wires. You can get them from Cox Imports http://www.coximport.com .

not worth the money. i have a set in my car and it really doesnt have any siginificant or noticable power gain. it's very decorative in the engine bay.
what nology incorporated is a built in capacitor on the wire insulation. therefore, what it does is maintain a constant output at all times. i believe that this set-up will be effective with a complete upgrade of the ignition system with plenty of engine internal upgrade or FI.
