Well i got back from my race last night and my body was killing me from the major crashes that took place sat night / early sunday morning.

Well i woke up this morning and my knees hurt more then ever. I think its from the two times i cought the left one on a tree because i went into a power slide and the tree didn't move  or the few times other riders hit me because they couldnt keep control of their bike.
Anyways the onsite doctor people said just put ice on it at the time. I didn't bother because i didn't want to get cold, well this morning they really hurt. I dont want to see a doctor because i dont have time to waste waiting for them. Should i be putting somethign cold or hot them? Im not going to be taking pain killers because thats for wussies.

so hit me up with some tips.

Actually if you warm them and then cool them its supposed to help. Use an ice pack then perhaps a heating pad.

I'm no doctor, but that seems to work for me.

just stay in bed for the rest of the day with ice on your knees and you should be fine

Yeah that's rough. I never got into the skateboarding thing, but I did do the aggro blading...
Fun & one hell of a workout......
