Good Deal??

Ok my friend is parting out his old car and stereo equipment. He says he will sell me:
-2 12" Alpine Type R Dual Voice Coils
-1 Pheonix Gold 300ZX (or something) Amp
-1 custom sub box
-installation
-1 power cap
ALL FOR $1000...does anyone think this is a ripoff/good deal? Why and why not..i think this is a very good deal..
