yo man i have a 97 civic ex with the same wheels and trust me it looks sweet, sorta spoonish without all the money i got them in 15's and because the idiots at the shop put them on regular tires not low profiles i had to lower it and im glad i did. BUt anyway id definatly go for it just remember the low profiles. Later

ya low profile tires are just like regular tires but they are small in thickness so if you get them you wont need to lower your car right away.

Those rims look great, and are really nice for the money. I'd go for the 16s on a Civic. As for the low profile tires, they are just a bi-product of plus sizing your tire/rim combo. If you get larger rims, you'll need smaller profile tires. This is due to the fact that you want your overall diameter of the combo to stay the same as stock. This will keep the same g/r and speedo reading.

bro, MR7's come in different offset. any offset below 40 may give you problems once you lower your car. BTW, i love those rims along with the MR12's...............in 16's tho....

you may say that you're not gonna lower your car now.....but trust me, you'll get hooked to this stuff and will eventually lower it. springs are getting cheaper these days;) ;)

When you lower your car, go with about .75"-1.25" drop. Unless you have good roads around or don't do much driving. I had Eibach Sportlines (1.7" drop) and it would rub on sharp turns. I drive alot so that had to be changed....

I am getting the motegi MR-7's in 18's. I fell in love with these rims when i saw them at pep boys. They are tight plus they are cheap. I have a sivler car so i think i will go in silver instead of gun metal. Any suggestions. Plus I was wondering if anyone had pics of their car sitting on these rims besides CivicAddict. By the way. tuight ride.

I will try and get picks of mine up soon, they are 17s though and also in gunmetal (basically the same as civicaditcs) but u might still want to see them. Good Luck with ur purchase.

The only problem with getting those rims.. Is the fact you will want to drop that sucker ASAP! :D

The rims will look nice..

BTW.. Civic Addicts pics dont do that car justice.. It looks way better in person..
