i dunno if this is the appropriate forum, but here goes.

my heater fan stoped working:-( its not the fuses, and i have no idea as to what to check next,,,, any ideas as to what to check next? im not too worried about not having heat, but i need that fan for the AC.. its getting warm out <G>

what else can i check/rule out?

wow thats alot more complicated, there can be many things it could be, if u really wanna tackle this get a helms manual and start checkin wires

did u check the fuses in the engine compartment too ?

OK, maybe I can help... I had this problem only 2-3 weeks ago... If you are talking about the condensing fan that is supposed to turn on when your AC turns on,then this info might help...

#1 BUY A Chilton's Manuel / Haynes Manuel for your vehicle... They're only about $15 and their much worth it.

#2 Find out where your A/C fan connects at up front (under the hood) and disconnect (if possible) the snap connectors. Then take 2 thin (16 awg or smaller) and jumper your battery to the fan. (Positive to Positive and Negative to Negative) This will see if your fan work at all... if it does work, then its a electronic problem with either a fuse, relay, or in dash switch. If doesn't work then you know the problem.

This checking method is goes for the A/C fan as well as the main cooling fan. Please refer to your Haynes / Chilton manuel for further details....
