Underbody neon light placement for Accord

I have a 91 Accord 2 Door LX and i just bought some underbody neon lights from a friend and i don't want to pay the auto accessory store a bunch of money to install/mount them. I can certainly do all the wiring and switches myself but has anyone out there every put neons under an Accord? If so you please explain to me where exactly you mounted them. I have 4 of them, there are 2 shorter ones and 2 longer ones. I would like to put all 4 underneath or at least 3 and then one in the interior. I briefly looked undre my car tonite and it looks like it will be a very tricky job to mount the lights so the stay in place. Any help is appreciated..THANKS

ive seen people who just screwed them to the botton of the car they look very shitty .they look alot better if you have a body kit
