Where can i buy this at?

I got altezzas about 4 months ago and i am incredably sick of them. So im looking to buy just the lights with the red on the bottom and white on the top. I might have that backwards. The ones on the SIs. Where is a reliable place to buy these at for a 96 civic coupe. Also somewhere not way over priced.
