Still needs a little trimming, but it's coming along nicely :)
Polished valve cover to be displayed at a later date....;)

Damn! What kind is that? That's a beast! Doesn't look too bad. Not that an intercooler can look bad.

Youll love that intercooler at high boost. That looks to be identical to what i have. Wait till you hit 26 psi and the end tank on the exit is stone cold.

why do u need such a big intercooler anyway? i cant think of any reason other than the look of it. think about it, first of all it is a "radiator warmer" and second of all it takes longer to boost up. you will regret because of the lag you will have. you dont need it unless you drag all day. and i dont think you can boost more than 1 bar with that LS/Vtec engine.
correct me if i m wrong, i wanna see proof though.;)

I installed a secondary fan between the rad and the I/C. It's on ignition power, so there's always a fan running on my rad.

Only running a T3 turbo. Lag will not be an issue.

Have you looked at the pic in my sig? Re-sleeved, solid deck block with Eagle Forged Connecting Rods, and SRP Forged Pistons. 1 Bar is just getting started:rolleyes:

wow, i missed that information. actually, i was wondering if it is possible to swap in CRV's 2.0 motor into civic and have it run more boost?

Sold it! Got tired of no A/C:D ! Plus, just wanted to go boost again! Wanted 12's in a hurry so i bought an integra and F-Maxed it. Plus all my friends have the kit and they were telling me how reliable it is (they been running 13 lbs on stock bottom end civics for 3 years now) so i decided to go with the luxury of leather seats, a/c, power everything, moon roof, and 12's full interior!!! ;) Damn, peer pressures a mo' fo!!! Either that or i just got bored!!! :D
