So you're gonna have to clarify a bit. I'm real slow today.

- You'Re having trouble scanning the pics?

- Scanning ok, but are not able to get the pics on your cpu?

- Cant upload the pics to your server?

- or anything else?!?

Well, if you are just having trouble posting, here's some info:


To include a picture or graphic within the body of your message, you can simply surround the address of the image as shown here:

{img]http://www.hondastyle.com/forums/images/logo.gif[/img]

Replace the first { with [ to make it work.

If you are having trouble scanning, etc., just ask for help.

Yeah I know how to scan the pic and I have it scanned and everything but I've had the worst time trying to post my pics to websites and sending them in e-mails~ I've been trying to figure it out for like ever now and I cant figure out what else I'm supposed to be doing. I've changed the file name or whatever to .bmp or whatever it was ((it was b- something)) and I still cant get it to show up right~ SO WHAT ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?!! lol~!~

the address of my pic is C:\My Documents\93accordlx.bmp so do i just put that in between the img part or do I have to chang it to an http: in front of it or what?? and if that's what I have to do then what would the new address be?

OK, now I see..
first : http://www.whatever.com/whatever.jpg

dont forget the */* in the second


Second, you cant link to pics on your cpu. You need to upload them somewhere on the net. (I use Webshots, very good & fast!)

Third, if the images generated by your scanner software are *.bmp, use a photo a editing software to save them as *.jpg (much smaller file).



After doing all this if the pics still dont function, just post the link..
I'll handle the rest.
