alright, i was on my way home from a late nite at some clubs in sf, already had been driving for like an hour, almost home and a chevy extreme pulls next to me at a red and revs on me. so indubidably i rev back, light turned green and he hung through first gear then i hit second and it was all over. we get to the next light and he revs again... so we raced again, this time longer i got up to aboot 115mph. then we stop at the next one, he was like "whatta u got in there" i was like "its stock haha" then the light turns green again and right when i went to go some old lady plows into me goin like 35, i was so heated. only damage was my bumper cover came off and minor damage on the driver side above it. so im gettin her insurance info and whatnot and a 2 cop cars roll up. so they pulled the good old, is everyone okay act. then one came to talk to me and one to her, she said i just slammed on my brakes in front of her or some crap, and they believed her, and the extreme had already left so i couldnt say crap, so they gave me a breathalizer and i had a .07, but with cali's zero tolerance law my car got impounded, i spent a night in the drunk tank, and got a good old DUI. oh yea and they also took my fake ID. all because of a slow chevy ;(

You can't have any traces of alcohol in your blood at all!

The 0.08 law is a separate violation.
If an officer finds any trace of alcohol in your blood and feels that your driving abilities were impaired by the alcohol, he can give you a DUI regardless of your B(lood) A(lcohol) C(oncentration) or BAC for short. If your BAC exceeds 0.08, then that is a second violation in itself.
Drunkin driving = STOOOOOPID.

aight .07 is not drunk, and if under 18 any blood alcohol concentration (or BAC) is all the same, wether .01 or .20, nevertheless saying i had 2 carona's about 4 hours prior to when i drove

Well. Nice job on the kills, but it doesn't matter how much you had to drink you shouldn't ever drink & drive. Just asking for trouble. Especially under age.

Ouch; that sucks. I didn't think driving 4 hrs after a couple beers was a big deal, then I looked at your original post - underage! Gotta be careful - cops like nothing less than underage drinking and driving.
