i'm fed up with my transmission

i really don't know what to do with my transmission anymore. every attempt to fix it failed. i changed the oil about 3k miles ago, i fixed the dogbone mount, i adjusted the linker cable and it';s still doing it. when it changes gears the car shakes very bad, and when switching from park to reverse i can hear a very loud bang comming from the engine and after a few seconds only it will engage. also in reverse the car has a very bad shake to it, and the rps drop really low in the 300 range. it does that only in the cold days, or extremely hot days. ohh and this morning checking something on my car i noticed that the right motor mount is ripped from the chassis. wtf is that ?

a h22 would be sweet, but the nose of the car is alrealy 300lbs heavier than the rear, and putting the h22 in there will really make the car handle like crap. and i want a mp1a(92-92 prelude tranny auto) tranny, rather than my apx4 (92 accord tranny auto). the weird thing about it is that all the auto accords have the same tranny for the entire generation, only the 92 accord has it for only one year(honda must know something about this) .
