So far all I have done to my 98 Civic EX is some cosmetic work on the interier and exterier. Now its time to make its bite as big as its bark. I want to start off small and work my way up to more expensive mods. My friend who has a 2001 integra V-Tech told me that I should add a K&N cool air intake first to give it some more horses. Should I listen to him or is there another way that is just as inexpensves that can give my civic some more punch.
Thanks Alot,
Brian

its VTEC.
AEM CAI = great & $150+.
K&N drop in replacement filter = good & $40.
exhaust, headers, turbo.....all depends how much you are willing to fork over.

CAI for sure.....
Then you can look at Exhaust and headers...then maybe some plugs and wires...Hi Flow Cat..These will give you a few ponies...But if you might be looking to go w/ a Turbo the Headers might not be worth spending the $ on..
Hope thius might help...   ;)

If your going to spend all that money...you probably almost have enough money for an H22
http://www.jdm1.com/products2.html
Says that a H22 is $2300.00...I would go that route...because all those mods are probably pretty close to price.,
