Surely someone's done this before...
What kind of paint should I use? Is there a high-temp consideration for the calipers? Any tips for prep/painting?

It's that expensive?

Not going for the rice effect, just wanted black or grey rather than rust-coloured

Just be sure to post the pics when you're done, and let us know how things turn out.

Make sure you grease and sand the caliper/drum before you paint it... and get it nice and clean, otherwise the paint wont stick evenly and it will look like sh*t...

i painted mine white a while ago. you dont have to sand anything - just use brake parts cleaner and let it dry, then do light even coats. my paint stuck like there was no tomorrow and went on very evenly. then when i got my car painted i had my brakes painted the same color as the car ;)
