removing amber from headlight accord 00

is it possible to remove that amber strip from the bottom of the headlamp? do i follow the same steps for other cars? baking it in the oven at 200? any know how to remove the bumper?

bake it at 150........but dont hold me accountable if it melts. but i know a few people that put their civic headlamps in for 10m @ 150 and nothing bad happened. and then you can paint it chrome or put chrome tape on it cuz the headlights looks a tiny bit weird w/o that strip in there - imo.
take out all the screws and tabs - then pull off the bumper carefully.
