Halogen lights??

I want some halogen lights on my 97 Integra but I don't know what has to be purchased. Do I only need to buy 2 regular halogen bulbs and 2 halogen bright beam bulbs??? Or do I need to buy the actual light lenses also??? And where would be a good, cheap place to get them??? HELP!!!!
