Hey I just sold my civic....I think....and now i'm looking for newer rides....what year did the B16 start coming in the del sol? And..if I was to get a del sol with a b16 are they rated at 160 HP just like the Civic SiR (or Si for the Americans)? Because there is a SiR here for sale..but I do like the del sol's. So hopefully the del sol's are just as fast...if not faster because they are lighter??? So sup?:smoking: :wave:

My '94 has one. It is rated at 160hp. from the factory.

So have you ever raced an Si with the b16? How did you do?

Unfortunatly no. The only thing with any worth that I've ran was a Bonneville SSE. Supercharged V6. I beat it from a dead stop.

b16 didnt go into a del sol in us until 1994

del sol has domed pistons with higher compression than civic b16

ive heard that a good driver can do 14.9 stock with the b16

Well I bought a 1993 del sol Si....one day hopefully put in a b16b
