98 Accord 4dr DX help

ok.....my friend as the above car and just got some xplod 6x9's. since its such a wonderful top of the line Accord, it doesnt have the rear deck cutout for the speakers. and well, to fit it it seems cutting is inevitable. whats the best way to cut the rear deck w/o making it look like crap? or would getting a rear deck out of perhaps an EX/LX be a better idea?
