Are all D16Y8's VTEC?
(D16Y8 is stock for I believe 96-99 Civic EX, correct me if I am wrong)

Umm, I believe that is the model # on my car and I have an EX and all EX's have VTEC. I am going to run out and check...

yes sir, you are correct. our 96-00 Civic EX's are blessed with VTEC. we are so lucky!
