The smilies in the quick reply box is cool, also the quote parsing hacks look good to.

I have one question for the quote script hack?

Can you do this from the admin control panel
That is the only part I am hung up on?

Unless you have a hack installed to run SQL queries from your control panel, you'll need to go through phpMyAdmin..
