Cam Shafts

Hey, I've got a 92 Lude SR 2.3L, looking to start with the basics
Can anyone recommend a Cam Shaft or tell me where I can go to do some research?

try crower.com , but i think the market for h23 is not so great as for the h22's and b16-18's

I wouldn't do camshafts in a non-VTEC car. It'll cost you a ton of low end pull and streetability.
