Smilies

OK how in the world do I get my smilies to work in my signature....it says there off but i cant get them to go on.....see below..........?..........help..............

here is a lil hack for the smilies:
find the smile that you like
right click on it, and look for location
highlight the location and copy it
then in your sig add the img code
