I am in some serious pain!!! I just gone done skating and I am freakin tired!!! It's been almost 2 years!!! But i can still do almost all the stuff i used to do! I just totally alck the cardiocasular endurance i used to have!!! Oh well ima do this at least every other day! Build up my legs again and my cardio! Wish me luck!!
