New guy looking for advice and fun!

Hey all. Been looking round for msg. boards where I can get advice and just chat bout stuff I like....CARS. Found this, read some posts, seems like ya'll are pretty cool. I got a 92 Prelude S. Nothing special...but i'd like to add some hp and torque. Looking for advice on mods that would work best...nothing too pricy, i'm a youngin lol. So i'm open to any advice ya'll want to throw at me. Leave some posts to help me out =).
