Is there anyone out there that can tell me where to find instructions on installing my coilovers. I have looked all over this site and many others but I cant seem to find anything. A step by step would be cool thanks for any help

Hey -Hybrid3do0rcx-
Thanks I would really appreciate that. I am planning on starting tommorow (Monday) at around 9 am (Pacific Time). So any spare time you gots I could use some of it up for ya.
I know the basics, but not everything.
Oh ya I have a friend that told me that I probably would not need a spring compressor because I am putting on coilovers is that true???
any ways I dont have AIM so give me a time that you can come on and we can talk
Later
you will need a spring compressor to remove your stock springs from the assembly.
you don't need a spring compressor when you install your coilovers though.
good luck,
aj :)

i've installed a springs before, and I didn't have to use a spring compressor. I had the car (rear or front) sit on jack stands and then use a jack to hold the control arms up as i unbolted everything, then slowly lower the jack and viola! i've done it on mustangs, but I don't think its much different with another car... maybe I'm wrong...
