I know a couple Ghetto Mod's for your to dump about $15.00 into.

Ghetto Mod #1 !
Spray Paint.... Test on some cheap floor mats first....
spray then brush ... spray then brush ... spray then brush....
This actually works, but it only last for a little bit, in the traffic areas !

Ghetto Mod #2 !
This one will cost a lot more, but can be done REALLY nice or just done. Find a Carpet Place that BINDS carpet... HOME DEPOT (i work thier =) pick out an carpet and have it bound to the exact shape of your floor mats.... Cut Pile Commercial Grade Carpets work best for this and aren't too extremely expensive.

If this is an option you wanna look into and need help let me know , I run the Flooring Dept in Glasgow DE, But you can call me over the phone and I'll help you out!

I'm going have some Shag carpet bound up for the Back floor mat, just to get a raze out of everyone.

Accmats is probably the best choice unless you decide to go custom. I cant think of any off the top of my head other then JC Whitney may I know they carry carpet for somethings but I dont know about civics. I've dealed with Accmats.com before and they have good service and I got my stuff in a short amount of time.
