Turbo Timer with Alarm

hello, sorry to post this, but i have to

I have heard ppl having problems with their alarm and turbo timer working together
and i know somebody has posted this already
and i know somebody has written some instructions for how to wire it by using a relay !!
BUT MY SECONDARY HARDDRIVE DIED !! I lost the instructions !!

Can sombody post it back up please???
