After Darin's post about Tom Yum Goong (a.k.a. The Protector), I felt compelled to dig up a trailer for what may be one of the ultimate Thai action flicks...Born To Fight.

Just remember...there are no wires, no stunt doubles, and no nets.

Hmmm...well...I've been watching a lot of Chow Yun Fat movies lately. The older ones...none of his American bullshit. The "A Better Tomorrow" trilogy is really good. So was Prison On Fire. And if I didn't mention it already, Hard Boiled is just downright insane in terms of violence. They really should've used a little counter at the bottom of the screen for the body count.

I also just got around to watching the live action Initial D movie. I've never watched the cartoon and refuse to do so, but it was pretty cool. Watched a pretty good Thai horror flick called Art Of The Devil II that actually made me cringe at certain points. It wasn't the typical J/K-Horror with some stupid dark figure that moves weird and, although never killing anyone directly, is responsible for a bunch of deaths. Yeah...that's just gay. Did I mention all of these are available over at bithq? Mwahahahahaha.

I think Bouncer needs to recommend some good HK/Mainland action/martial arts flicks. I've already got Dragon Squad and SPL (two awesome recommendations), but I'm looking for some more. And I just downloaded the DVD of Born To Fight even though I already had the VCD. I wanna see high res ass kickery.
