Oil Cooler/Relocation

So, I want to do filter relocation because Im tired of having oil spil down the back of the damn block when I take the filter off...among other things.
I want a cooler because...turbo and I cant afford to let it sit running as long as it should most of the time...so it would cut down on that (but use a thermostat to be smart :yes: )

Problem is, I know what I need, but Im not sure which way the setup should go :confused:
Here's what I came up with... (edited, because I came up with C...which seems best)

Red: Hot
Blue: Cool
Purple: Hot/Cold depending on thermostat temperature

I agree with C. Optimum cooling and no diversion. All oil runs through the cooler..... Great idea there Pat!

I dont want the oil to be cooled when it doesnt need to be, like during winter and at initial startup/highway
The thermostat will close 90% and push oil directly back to the engine and only 10% through the cooler. I want to say it opens at 190*F
Greddy/Trust coolers have built in thermostats...but cost a ton...this is going to be under $150

Oh and C is correct! I saw a diagram from Mocal, which has a similar thermostat

where did you find the thermostat? I had been looking for one for a while because i had thoguht of doing a similar oil cooler project, but i'll probably just wait until i boost a b16. You should do a step-by-step when you finish it pat. looks good.

...somewhere else sells a mocal unit, which has male ends

I think I should get one that accepts threaded fittings, for when I want to move away from rubber hose:

theyre actually all the same..but i couldnt think of what to use 4 outlets in, with the other 2
