I called the Cinci game at breakfast. My wife kept arguing that the Bengirls would win. I told her Palmer would get hurt, Kitna would come in and they would lose by atleast 7. Needless to say she was pissed.:D

Oh, and the Bucs lost... So I don't give a shit.

Looks like I'm pushing for my boy Peyton to take it all.

Seahawks all the way...Mister Alexander will put in at least 6 TDs these playoffs...The Bengals woulda won...if Palmer didnt have his ACL torn on their first play of the game....

Pats will probably dominate Broncos, but the division championship will be a good game.. so won't the colts vs steelers game

i dont wana shit on the pats too much because then they will win, but the broncos are a much better team imo.

i wana see colts vs. bears superbowl even though i dont think the bears can score with the best of em and make it through the playoffs. seattle had the easiest schedual and as good of a team as they are i dont think they are the best in the nfc.

they are a good team with a clutch qb, and i know they had tons in injurys this year probobly explaining their 10-6 record. but they are going to be playing 2 teams(broncos then if they win colts) who have had amazing years. payton being the perfect QB through week 13 and jake the snake not being the snake this year, throwing very few INTs. they have to go play at mile high stadium which even though its cold, they will be playing an away game, and in thinner air that the other team is used to.

then the colts in the RCA dome. i dunno it is possible to take down the best team in the nfl this season(well if you had to pick one based on stats, and records, not nessisarily the amount of rings from past years), you cant count them(the pats) out all together, because they do have a impecable playoff record, and a QB that thrives in the cold weather of the playoffs, im just saying 3 away games in a row(considerig they make it, mile high, rca dome, then detriot) against teams who are going to play their hearts out to not let them win, all having better regular season records than them, and not loosing to miami :D

both teams have much better defenses than the pats have been playing against in recent games on the home stretch and better than jax did. its gonna be a shock cause i think they got into that groove of playing against b+ defenses and i think the strength of the broncos and colts if it comes to that will be a smack in the face. they CAN pull it off... but will they?

i dunno, from my eyes it looked like the pats may have thought they "were just gonna win this year" and didnt give it thier 100%, maybe 95% or so. then tom brady comes out last week and says that they are underrated? please, he was just trying to get his team modivated. he knows this is going to be a tough tough playoff year and wants to plant the seed to explane why he lost, when and if they lose... at least thats how i took it.

thats why i dont think the pats can make it htis year

you're joking me about the loss to miami right? they were using third string players.

and ya that loss to miami meant nothing to the pats...they knew they were in..(won division)..knew they had a chance for a 3rd STRAIGHT superbowl...but the seahawks will put a end to that :)

yes.. i know they wernt trying and i know that game ment nothing seeing how miami was in their division and they still won it. its sad that miami was second best in their division though. if they were in a real division then chances are they would have been a wild card at best. now they are in the playoffs and have a chance to revive themselves... but they are not deserving of a 3rd auperbowl this year.

my 2 cents

my pics this week are:

colts
broncos
bears
seattle

panthers might have a chance to take the bears, but their defence kept them to 3 points last time when the panthers were fighting for a playoff spot and the bears had already secured at least a playoff spot.

i wouldnt mind seeing the redskins win since seattle is the strongest of offensive NFC teams, giving the broncos or colts a better path to a ring, but after the horrible show they put on down in tampa with 120 total yards.. seattle was the result of this years easiest schedual however, so it could go either way.

as for the other 2 games... i dont wana get into it, but i have my reasons for each

you are aware they were plagued with injuries throughout most of the season, the only reason they started doing good again at the end was most of their players were returning back... a good portion of their D was out, as well as both runningbacks if I'm not mistaken.. they would have done just as good as last season if they had kept healthy..

and just thought I'd mention in the miami game flutie's drop kick was fucking awesome.
