Anyone changed their cam seals before? Any write ups or tips?

i poped my old ones out, buti had the motor aprt, dosnt look hard, but then again, i never put that one back together and got it running again

You only have one cam seal - its the plug on the left side, front
(If you mean oil seals, theyre on the right, at the cam gears)
For the cam seal, just pop off the valve cover, remove the 1 cam cap holding it down, remove the seal, replace seal and cap (check your tq), put the valve cover back on.
Easy :)

i could have sworn that is a cam cap and the cam seal is at the cam sprokets

Ive heard cap and seal used interchangeably
