My computer has been acting up for a while now. A couple months ago it stopped booting. It wouldn't even post just beeped at me. So I take the DDR 64 card out of my old machine and put it in my newer one, and it boots up fine. So I figure the video card is toast. I order a new GeForce 6600GT from newegg and try to install it yesterday. I get the same damn thing! No Post, just beeps. I call PNY support, they have me put the DDR 64 card back in and go into BIOs. She has me read off a couple settings and says "Must be a bad card. Call NewEgg and get an RMA."  So I decide to throw it in the old machine and see if it works. It comes up fine.
I don't know what to do. I ordered a new MB and some more memory. If this doesn't fix the problem I'm going to find a pound of C4 and blow up the computer and everything around it.
