Im looking at buying an EF or crx for my winter car, and I found 3 locals:
CRX (http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=187890738&dealer_id=56786224&car_year=1988&search_type=both&make=HONDA&sponsorModel=&model=&distance=50&address=48360&advanced=&certified=&bkms=1126381144390&max_price=&min_price=&end_year=1991&start_year=1981&isp=)
The rex is privately owned and has quite a lot of cancer. I think I might learn how to do bondo on it...
Civic White (http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=188078316&dealer_id=1394607&car_year=1991&search_type=both&make=HONDA&distance=50&model=&sponsorModel=&address=48360&certified=&advanced=&max_price=&bkms=1126381144390&min_price=&end_year=1991&start_year=1981&isp=y)
Civic Grey (http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=187938653&dealer_id=49489538&car_year=1991&search_type=both&make=HONDA&sponsorModel=&model=&distance=50&address=48360&advanced=&certified=&bkms=1126381144390&max_price=&min_price=&end_year=1991&start_year=1981&isp=)
Both cars are in personal dealer lots (you know, like "Bob's Auto").
They run fine, no real mech probs that I could see/hear when I drove them...but theyre michigan cars, have typical honda cancer (not awful), and I believe they were city driven on a daily basis.
(The white civic's mileage is 15x,xxx)
(The grey civic, I am offering even less $ and having them keep the wheels/tires.)
What should I seriously offer them as a counter price? Any help would be appreciated
