No joke. After 400-500hp those things become dyno queens. They can't get traction for shit from a standing start. All nice...but the MR2 doesn't do much for me.

No offense Ren...but that has to be the weakest car site I've ever seen. What's up with all of those rules? Your car must have at least 3 mods? You have to attend at least 2 meetings a month unless you have a valid excuse? What...like a doctor's note? It looks like a course sylibus for one of my classes or something. Car clubs should be about having fun with like-minded people...not rules and superfluous bullshit. And for a club with 72 members, that site sure is a whole lot of flash without much follow through. Looks so...corporate. Then again...that's just me.

the girl who did it is very corporate.. I had nothing to do with the making of the site.. and car clubs here in atl are like that.. they wanna be the "best of the best" so none of them will take stock cars.. I dunno

ive heard of clubs with wayyy more rules and regulations...like u MUST have air suspension...etc...and i like allll those rides...i dunno whats wrong with the MR2...:confused: i like it..

That's just how a lot of car clubs are. To damn political for my liking. I do it for the fun of it and the love for cars, but to each his own.

True...but that one's on some fat-ass slicks. Also, for having 1500hp, that's one of the weakest wheel lifts I've ever seen.

in the clubs defence....

the car club i was in back in highschool had a 3 mod and weekly attendence required... it kept people involved and wouldnt blow off the meetings. when you try to have a car club that goes to car shows and the track alot or whatever and people dont show up its hard to get everything organized... i dunno

thanks... Our webmaster is one of our execs girlfriends who is an IT person which is why it looks so cooperate... She had plans to redo it but her motherboard on her laptop went down and thats where she has all the stuff on.. so it looks like it will be a bit before the site gets back up and I get added...
