Well this is the dilemma... At the shop who will be working on my mkiv.. They have a RSP supra sitting there.. which has been there for 5 months.. Tracy (the owner) told me she is going to but a mechanics lean on the car int he next week if he doesnt come back in 3 more days for the car.. (which she has every right to cause he signed a form which says 30 days after work is finished if he doesnt pick up the car it was hers anyway).. So.. She told me she would get a new title from the DMV and then sell the car to me for cheap.. so should I go for it.. Right now the front end is off because the guy was supposed to be bringing a brand new built auto tranny and a new front mount but she has the front bumper at her shop..... This is a pic of it..

i already checked with insurence... i had planned on buying an mkiv soon anywho.. this will be between 7k and 10K and it has like 44K original miles on i

Single turbo conversion.. the interior is pretty stripped.. I gatta wait for the whole lean thing to take place.. but i will keep you all informed..

Screw him. Its legally yours and if he's any sort of decent human being, he'll honor that and leave you alone.

What could he do once everything was finalized? He signed it over to them, whether he read the papers or not is between him and the shop.

Well I have to wait to see what happens between him and the shop..If they do put a mechanics lean on the car.. I will buy it..
