The whole thing is a lens so theres nothing to paint really.
(The brackets behind were painted, but have since rusted and Im too lazy to fix them.)

I saw a raccoon too, but didnt get to take the picture because I had to swerve and avoid it.

Yeah, I could put a 99-00 on, but Id have to change the hood, fenders, bumper and headlights to do so
BUT, I like the 96-98 better
