.......... because i took out my AC today!

finally had enough of it. I need to wrap up this project that is taking me months and not having to work around the AC is going to save me considerable time. So i had it drained and then yanked it out. Hell i never use it anyway. Then i decided to do some more test fitting and took pics. Now i just need to get about 2 feet of pipe for the IC, another 2 for the DP, make that bastard 5 bolt flange, and then make it all work.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v217/skyline296/PDRM0061.jpg almost there. Look at my purdy tial 38mm wastegate. Fucking thing clears the hood by about a half inch! I'm also going to have a small dump tube hooked up venting into the open

stay tuned

think today i'm going to take yet another ride to ho depot and pick up some more piping, then cut it, and mock it up outside the car. I can get a pretty good idea of how it will fit with the measurements i took. Still trying to figure out how the DP is going to work though.

i couldn't believe the ammount of room it freed up. The compressor took up a lot of room but the raditor did as well. I can almost stand in there

Today i took part of my old exhaust and cut it up so i can use the flange from it. Later on i think i'm gonna make some brackets for the intercooler and then trim my dump tube a little bit. But i still need to make my discharge flange which should be a feat and then i should be ready to install i believe.

hmm i'd rather sell it as a complete AC package, which is how i was probably going to list it on EBAY but if i change my mind i'm sure we can work something out. Just PM me
