Coming back from some apartments in Marietta I was looking at and I got behind a united truck and BAM tire blow out.. and there goes my NEW BUMPER!!!

I was pulling to the lane as the truck was trying to pull into the lane I was in.. and all the sudden i see smoke up ahead from the truck and then i see this black thing flying at my windsheild.. it fell to the ground and i tried to swerve to miss it but there was a car on both sides of me...

bad luck happens in numbers thats for sure I had a small truck have a blow out ust infront of me today on the highway but I was able to avoid the tread

isn't the 18wheeler guy somehow responsible? shouldn't they have to pay for the damages?

Yes.. but I didnt get the info on the truck.. I was too pissed about my bumper.. all I know is its united.. and I called them and they are like.. unless you have a truck number we cant do anything for you.. HOW DO I GET PUT IN THESE SITUATIONS?

not to be an ass, but its pretty much your fault for not getting the info off the truck.
good luck getting it back together though.

Oh I know.. But at that point n time I wasnt worried about the info.. So Whatever... itll be a good learning expeirence for me with fiberglass and bondo.. we start tommorow.. the stock bumper is back on and the new one is going to be started on tommorow..
