Anybody here have one? Or know anyone that has one? What do they think of them? Do they enjoy them? Are the results from them good?

My buddy has one. Used it for years (has an original) and then all of a sudden stopped working out entirely. He really liked it a lot, but always complained he wish he didnt dump $1000 on it.
He went from being roughly 250lbs to just around 170/180 using the bowflex and changing his diet to be more healthy.
I used it only a handful of times @ his place. It was a little scary bending bars that far, but none of them ever broke...

i'd just get free weights.
and chuck norris isn't the spokeman for bowflex, i think his thing is the "total body gym" or something.

I always heard they are alright....but the price is unbeleavable. they are up to something like 2-3k or something like that. What ever 4 years at like 60 bucks a month is or something...
