moving

well i got the key for my new place yesterday. i just HATE moving anc packing all my stuff up. im over half way in, pretty much all that is left is what i am going to be using here till im all the way in my new place, computer, guitars, tv, xbox, entertainment system, cloths and mini fridge. so yeah, i still got some big shit to move and the prelude wont fit 2 of my boxes i have packed, wont fit either of my TVs, my poker table, or guitar case.

on the plus side, my new room is bigger than mine i have now, ive got my own huge balcony connected to my room, an atrium (outdoor room) connceted to the living room, a back porch/yard area, bedrooms are upstairs and living/dinning room and kitchen is downstairs, and i have a garage spot.

sounds like you're moving into a pretty nice place... I feel your pain though, I had to move out of my apartment (third floor, all the common furniture was mine) a few weeks ago and later this week I move into my new house. Should be interesting moving huge sofas, beds, a desk and all the other stuff with a spraigned ankle.

Pics of the new place? I always take pictures when I move in before any furniture is in, just to document the condition of the place in case of insurance needs or if the landlord tries to screw me... just a thought.

^lol i put my posters through the "trunk access" if it can even be called that.

my room is deffinitally nicer, and its a bigger living area and only 2 person apt. its more of a condo or townhouse than apt even. the upstaris carpet is perfect, downstairs is as good as it can be for a college place. a few of the closets are a mess, but the kid whos room im moving into isnt completely our and alot, ALOT of the stuff in the apt is his. the outside appearence isnt bad, but it hasnt been painted in 3-4 years, and some of the yard work could be better. where as my building i was in before was a college dorm style place, 4 people per apt, 4 individual leases, they charged us out the ass, but kept onto of matenence

today i godda move the big stuff over. shit that reminds me i have to defrost my mini fridge. i need more boxes to put my colths and the rest of my stuff in also. and i still need a bed :|
