Hmmm...odd. My calander says that it's June 29th, but it must somehow be July 4th. Why, you ask? Because this morning I was awoken at 10am by dumbass kids setting off fireworks in the field behind my apartment. Interesting. What's more interesting is how I managed to contain my rage and keep myself from beating these kids senseless and making them thank me for the opportunity. If it were a couple of 10 year olds I would've let it slide...but these kids were like 16. They are, in fact, only alive at this moment because murder is illegal. Make sure to update your calanders accordingly.

Wow. And I thought that I had rage problems.

Oh I do it too. But I do it on the 4th...and not outside people's windows...and not an 10am.

Normally it wouldn't have pissed me off, really. But they were shooting off whistlers about 20ft. away from my window after I'd been up until around 5am and there's a huge field right across the street with nothing around it. It's also worth noting that the "field" behind the duplex is really just an unused plot...maybe 100ft x 100ft (if that). It's not like it's some vast open space like the one right across the fucking street.

yeah well here in florida they are illegal (if they go up and/or blow up) becuase of the high risk of fire danger, speaking from a state that has had rain 26 out of 30 days, 18"+ in my area alone, and they are worried about fires go figure!

Yeah...it hasn't rained here in over a week and a half. That...and it's been close to 100 degrees for the past 4 or 5 days (today it was 98...joy).

This is why you need to invest in a BB gun or some other low-powered fire arm.. Shoot them so it hurts but not that it'll kill them

:D I guess I can kinda see your point about it being close to the building... Its not their fault that you were still sleeping though. 10:00 is not early, even though I don't see the point of fireworks during the day.

Just let the man bitch. :D

They banned fireworks here where I live. Seriously, the entire city doesn't sell it. If you want to light fireworks, you have to go to a city about 1.5 hours away.
