And I mean WORK, not go to a job. Labor.
I workout too. Free weights and chinup bar. I should start running again. ...Maybe I'll to that tonight

My Max Bench is 225lbs
and My Max squat is barely over my own weight
I'm 6'3" and 165lbs.
I have a hard time gaining weight. I need to set up a steady routine to go to the gym and lift weights. I do stay pretty active, kayaking, walking the dogs (two huge dogs) and the such, but with school and work its hard for me to GO to the gym and lift wieghts regularly...
My wife has joined gold's gym and has been going steady 3 times a week for almost a year. She was a hottie before we got married... but she is f'ing BOMBING right now... she looks tight... so I need to get my worthless butt to the gym.

Don't feel bad my wife's the same way... she gets up at 5 and goes to the gym...
I haven't been in a gym since I was 15... I'm 28...
Def. get into a routine though because you don't want to be 28 and more out of shape then 50+ yearolds you work with.. .trust me.

I lifted weights 3-4 times a week when I was at college... now that it is summer and I have a 8-5 job I am normally too exhausted to go to the gym (I work outside at the beach... gets hot).
I'm 5'10" 145lbs
Max bench 215, normally do 165ish
Don't do squats (bad knees)
30+ chinups no problem

I workout when I get motivated enough to do it.. I really need to start doing it regularly again. I felt much better when I did.

when i worked out in highschool i was 140lbs and max bench was 155, and i think 245 squat. my legs were and still are permentently ripped from doing nothing but skate for 6 years.
im now 155lbs i could probobly put up 130lb bench, and last time i did leg presses i was doing sets at 225.. dont know my max squat right now.

i've never actually tried my max bench and i've never squatted
when i was in college last year i was goign to the gym 4+ times a week..treadmill and weights..it was a great feeling and i had alot of free time to do it...now i'm back home since last freakin april..and haven't gone since..too busy with work 7-6 mon-sat..so by the time i'm off work i'm way too exhausted because its all physical labour. and i'm into biking now...need to hit the gym tho..gees

Man, I feel so lazy now. When I was in highschool (graduated '04) I was always working out since I played sports year round. I guess I slacked now that I have no obligations to work out...I go to school full time and still work like 40 hours a week so I don't have much time. I won't lie though, I've told myself I'd use my 24hour fitness mebership more frequently and I definitely haven't gone in like 8 months..bad, bad Lyna.

I don't work out but I do a bit of labor (deliver hardwood for flooring) for a job so I'm not in horrible shape.. About 5'10 and 140ish lbs.

My job is a workout...I load trailers at UPS. But I also workout 4-5 times a week on top of that.

I used to go to the gym 3-4 times a week in college. I believe I spent more time there than I did in the library studying. I thought about joining a gym, but I have no idea if I'd end up going. Last October I bought a dumbbell set and used it only twice and it has sat there since. I do go out and run a few times a week though and I signed up for the 10k Peachtree Road Race on 7/4.

If you consider putting up with backwoods retards working out (and I do), then I work out for roughly 60% of any given day.
