Is this the same video that we've seen a million times. Because the video won't work on my computer.

"Creativity"?
Civic owners just copy off everyone else there is nothing original or creative anymore.
I hate that ad because its like saying all of north america is one race, if you get my drift. 95% of the members here dont like rice and 99% of the members on the rest of the boards I frequent hate rice...I just dont understand how it keeps existing
(PS: I learned, on my trip to Illinois, that they have A LOT of rice there)

(PS: I learned, on my trip to Illinois, that they have A LOT of rice there) because I doubt people who like riced cars post on forums.. at least these kind of forums.. they just see something and think it's cool so they buy it.. There's a bit of rice around here too.. There's some cavvy that drives around with "HOOKED UP 2 THE MAX" in his window with a bunch of retarded neons and a retarded hood on his car.. it really looks like ass.. almost all of the neons are different colours

I understand rice, but then you know what I hate? Ignorant people that think "show cars" are automatically in the rice category. Not that any of us in particular think so, it's just a pet peeve. damnit.

well it all depends on originality, but some show cars are getting way too overdone, so is the JDM-ization.

^ I actually know which one you're talking about!

I realized that some show cars are getting overdone - which is hard to believe, seeing how it's a show car. I guess deep pockets make people go crazy. I wonder why they don't just buy another car..and whore that one out too.

JDM is so over-rated.

Maybe it's just me, but I remember when cars in shows were just regular cars. Maybe they had bigger engines or whatever...but they were usually just really clean cars without all the bullshit. Now if you go to a show you'll invariably see a bunch of cars with monitors all over the place (hint: the best place for one is the trunk  ), game consoles you can't use while driving, shitloads of stereo equipment, and a ton of gay body modification. I miss regular car shows.

That's the problem. All of the "real" car shows are populated by old folks who think you don't know shit from applebutter. Or you can go to the candy ass car shows that often are full of people with more money than taste. I miss the old local Mustang show they had once a year. A good cross section of people, a decent vendor are given how small the show was, and a lot of just plain kick ass people.

I dislike car shows where there are no street driven cars.. Like my friend that drives a STi said today "it's meant to be driven, not sit around and look cute"
