I was at work the other day and on the radio they said that chappelle turned himself into some mental institution in california (i think thats the state). He went fucking insane.....That would make him even funnier

Or probabaly the fact that Im guessing the guy has extreme down syndrom and stuff. I bet the guy is a head case.
