timing belt replacement and what other parts ?

Well i am ready to change, actually go to the dealer and buy the parts for the timing belt replacement. i know i need to change the belt and the water pmp, but i was wondering if i have a balancer belt also, andif i need to change the adjuster pulley for the belt. also is there a problem with the crank shaft seals on b18's like it is on f22a's ?

not sure about the balancer. I had to change my idle pulley spring tho. I hope my crankshaft seal doesnt go bad...lol
