That would figure...if there's one entity that has no sense of humor whatsoever, it's the U.S. government. It would take way too long to requisition the proper forms for a sense of humor. It's a program called PeerGuardian2 (which I blacked out just in case). It's sort of like a firewall/IP blocker that blocks a lot of adware/spyware as well as anyone you don't want looking at your computer. It's an open source code so you can modify anything you want, like adding IPs or unblocking IPs. It has a database of "bad" IP ranges that's got something like over half a billion ranges. It's great to see who's trying to look...but it will also block some things you might not want it to.
