b series engines are not that much heavier than d series ones.
If it were me, Id just grab some off-the-shelf h&r sports and call it done....oh wait, thats what I did ;)
Don't forget you'll need new shocks to compensate.

Ground Control offers custom rate coilovers, along w/ a general rate set as well. I advice those if you think you'll be raising it and lowering it with the changes in weather (snow/summer).

I do kow that the b series dosn't weigh that much more than the d but the main issue is thta the suspention that I have now is shot and the car has way to much body roll, that is the main reason I need to swap it. on another note what are the parts that you put in and about how much did they cost and what did you set them to???

do you want adjustability or dampening? do you want coilovers or what? you have tons of choices, just depends what you want.

I want adjustable coil overs and springs so that I can adjust ride hight and stiffness

then get koni yellows and ground control coilovers.
To eliminate further roll and sloppyness get some sway bars
