if you look at it the reserve is not met yet. so i am sure they have the reserve high up there

And yes, the BUY IT NOW is at 4k, I'm guessing his Reserve is around 3600+. Then you add shipping and yadda yadda too.

It also makes me kind of skiptical because even though he has 100% feedback, the latest in which still have links to are all of him being a buyer. Two sides of the stick here.
