ls cams are the tiniest bit more aggressive than b20b, but less than b20z (slightly more duration)
I dont remember the specs, but I've seen it discussed before. Genreal thought is that theyre so similar it wouldnt make any noticeable difference.

what would be some good cams to put into a b18a turbo? (stock honda cams)

i dunno. if I have an LS turbo, I'll probably go LSVTEC.... My friend made 401whp on his stock LS (reconditioned with new OEM parts) using SC61 at 20+ psi. This is with AEM EMS on dynojet.
