Actually, I'm from that area.. Some people I know have apparently lost their entire families in the floods..

What’s worse, the survivors will have one hell of a time to get back to their "normal" lives.. Reconstruction, drinking water, etc ..

I saw it at the hotel, it makes me feel delirious and speechless..it's not often I'm at a lost for words. I have family in Vietnam, so I, too, have been and am scared for you never know what else happens. Look at the numbers, it's now 56000+ in deaths. Jeebus..

that shits crazy,they are taking thousands of bodies and dumping them in mass burial sites so disease dont spread.alot of them are not even identified before they are buried.it's awful.

yeah one of victoria secrets models who was there with her boyfriend held on to a tree for like 10 hours before she was saved... broken hip.. fractures pelvis include some of her injuries. her boyfriend was swept away and as of now presumed dead...

I feel so fucking bad for those people. It's going to take so fucking long to repair everything and get everything proper again...man...I know this sounds stupid..but it makes me so thankful to have what I have. I mean shit..they are talking over 80,000 dead now...
