EGR valve problem

sometimes my check engine light comes on after 3500 rpms. i checked the computer and it flashes a code 12 which is the egr system malfunction. i check the valve and it seems fine, it's not getting stuck or anything. also the control box seems to be fint too, opening andclosing the valve, but the code is still there. i tried reseting the computer but the mil will show up again as soon as i get the car on the higway

i think it is telling you sell that piece and buy a legacy gt. but in all honesty, i have no clue

well it's fixed. i changed the whole control box with a used one and never had a problem since. ohh wait i have because the car refuses to start.

pull the egr try to clean any build up inside and clean the ports with carb cleaner and it should help if not u will need to buy parts

well it's all been cleaned up throughly and still having some problems starting. maybe a stronger battery might solve the problem. time will tell it tho
